Ingredients
Directions
1. Add the McDougalls ’00’ Flour, sugar and salt to a large bowl, then stir in the McDougalls Fast Action Dried Yeast.
2. Stir in the water and olive oil by hand. Knead for 10 minutes by hand or 5 minutes in an electric mixer fitted with a dough hook until you have a smooth, tacky but not sticky dough ball.
3. Lightly oil a large bowl, add the dough and cover with a clean, damp tea towel. Leave to rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
4. Preheat the oven to 220°C/ 200°C Fan/ Gas Mark 7.
5. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and roll out the dough to the desired shape (1 large or 2 medium pizzas). Place on a baking or pizza tray and add your favourite toppings. Place in the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
6. Remove from the oven, drizzle with olive oil if desired, cut into slices and enjoy.
